Anyone interested in donating chancel flowers for Sunday, February 26th or for a Sunday during the coming year, please contact Marion Bosma at 508-234-5090.

The Village Church will be receiving new members on Sunday March 4th during the morning worship.  If you would like to become a member of the church please speak to the pastor or a deacon.

The church office is in the process of compiling the 2012 church directory.   Please fill out a 2012 directory information form that can be found in this week’s bulletin.  On the back of the form you will find information on ways to serve at VCC.  Please leave completed forms in the bin in Mason Hall marked “Church Directory” or the Church Administrator’s mailbox.  Thank you!

The First Congregational Church of WestBrookfield, UCC will be holding a "U2charist on Fri, Feb. 3rd at 8:00 - 36 North Main Street; West Brookfield, MA 01585  (508)867-7078. The program, which features the music of U2 performed by the Willie Sordillo Band (including Pastor Lisa... on vocals) is far more than "church with a twist." As with all U2charist services, the event is offered to fight hunger. One hundred percent of the proceeds of the free-will offering will benefit ongoing local disaster relief, as well as victims of the recent flooding in the Phillipines. In addition, people are invited to bring a non-perishable food item.

Whitinsville Christian School is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Middle School Principal. The ideal candidate will be a leader of people and a servant of God who has a passion for middle school education, a breadth of teaching and administrative experience, and a demonstrated ability to build trusting and respectful relationships with 6-8th grade students, their parents and teachers. The central focus for this position will be to build a strong middle school culture that is student-centered, tailored to the unique needs of this age group, and fosters student success. Responsibilities include leadership and management in academic, spiritual, social, fiscal, facility, and personnel matters related to the middle school. Candidates must be willing and able to carry out the policies and objectives established by the headmaster and the Whitinsville Christian School board with consistent adherence to the Christian faith as summarized by the reformed standards.
